Garry Thomson is a warm and welcoming clinician who understands that coming to counselling can bring with it mixed thoughts and emotions – often a little uncertainty and anxiety combined with a sense of relief. Garry’s goal is to make sure that everyone he works with feels safe and respected in counselling while developing their confidence to consider and explore a different way of living and being. Garry aims to provide clients with an approach that is flexible, focused and crafted to meet their individual needs and circumstances. His manner is engaging, straightforward and gently challenging as needed – an approach that builds resilience and encourages permanent change persisting long after counselling finishes.
