Our Client Support Team

Kaytlin Petrarca (Administration Assistant) is one of the welcoming faces at our service. Kaytlin is a highly dedicated, responsive and organised member of our Client Support Team. She is committed to the wellbeing of the whole practice and ensures that your journey from beginning to the end is as smooth as possible. Kaytlin is here to support your with any enquiries, booking appointments and continuing to support you along the way. Kaytlin is currently studying her Honours degree in Psychology at Victoria University and hopes to continue her career path in psychology. Prior to coming on board with us, Kaytlin had extensive experience in Stage Management, Customer Service, the Arts and Fitness Industries which compliments her position at NCPS.

Kaytlin currently works with us on a Tuesday and Friday.


Jessica Tran (Administration Assistant) is our newest member to the Client Support Team who commenced with us in January 2024. Jess is excited to learn on the job in our busy little practice. She is able to support you with any enquires you may have, ensuring that you get connected to the right person for your support needs. Jess is able to follow up any relevant background information (GP Referrals), prior to your scheduled appointment so that the clinicians can focus on your clinical treatment and recovery needs. Similarly, Jess has also commenced her studies in Psychology.

Jess currently works with us on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
