Not everyone needs support all the time, however, sometimes when people are having difficulties they find it can be useful to speak with someone who will not judge them and who will offer them some support during difficult times.

Often people find it difficult to talk about personal issues and feel that they may be blamed or made to feel uncomfortable. Newport Counselling & Psychology Service offers individuals, couples, children, young people and families the opportunity to come and talk about any concerns they may be having.  Our counselling service is committed to providing a confidential and safe environment, which ensures that all people are treated in a respectful, nurturing, and supportive manner.
